NCP1632集成了一个双MOSFET驱动器,用于交错式PFC应用。交错式由并行的两个较小功率PFC级来替代单个的、更难设计的较大功率PFC级。此方式具备若干优点,比如实施简单、能够使用更小组件、散热性能更优。 另外,交错结构还可以扩展到高能效且经济高效(无需低trr二极管)的临界导通模式的功率范围。此外,NCP1632驱动器以180°的相移交替工作,大大减少电流纹波。采用SOIC16封装,结合了构建强固紧凑的交错式 PFC 级所需的所有功能,所需外部组件数量极少。
