NCP4318是一款用于LLC谐振转换器的混合模式同步整流(SR)控制器,它利用瞬时漏极电压和之前的死区时间信息,仅需最少数量的外部器件。自适应死区时间控制可补偿感应寄生电感电压,从而最大限度地提高SR MOSFET的导通和效率。多步关断阈值控制和SR电流反转检测功能可防止在快速负载瞬态期间出现反转电流,从而使SR在整个负载范围内稳定运行。此外,为提高轻负载下的运行效率,VGATE可自适应从10V降低至6V/5V。
