FAN5421 是一款高度集成的开关模式充电器,可最大程度缩短单锂离子电池充电时间。充电参数和运行模式可通过 I2C 接口进行编程,运行速度可达 3.4 Mbps。该充电电路开关频率为 3MHz,最大程度减小了外部无源组件的尺寸。FAN5421 以三个阶段提供电池充电:条件调节,恒定电流和恒定电压。充电终端由可编程的最小电流决定。带有复位控制的安全定时器为 I2C 主机提供安全备份。该集成机电路通过降低充电电流,将输入电源保持在编程电压(默认为 4.52 V)之上,从而自动适应具有电流限制的电源。该集成电路会在电池降至内部阈值以下时自动重启充电循环。如果输入源被移除,集成电路进入高阻抗模式,防止从电池到输入的泄漏。充电状态通过 I2C 端口报告给主机。当裸片温度达到 120℃ 时,充电电流会减小。FAN5421 采用 1.96 x 1.87 mm,20 凸块,0.4 mm 间距,晶片级芯片封装 (WLCSP)。
