FAN5451x系列电池充电控制器包括一个由I2C控制的3.2A USB兼容开关模式充电器。
为了支持系统快速启动,这款IC包含一个优化的电源路径电路,可以在充电期间精确测量电池电流,并在放电期间实现低阻抗。
充电参数和运行模式可通过I2C接口进行编程。充电状态通过I2C端口和/STAT引脚报告回主机。
FAN5451x提供三种电池充电模式:预充电(IPP)、恒流(CC)和恒压(CV)。当电池电压低于重启电压阈值时,充电器可以自动重启充电周期。如果移除输入源,IC会进入高阻抗模式,阻止电池电流泄漏到输入。
