概览

MC33341 是一款单片调节控制电路，适用于电源和电池充电器应用中的电压闭合和电流反馈环路。此器件具有独特的功能，可执行提供高压侧、负载高压侧、提供低压侧和负载低压侧电流感应，且均带有内部固定或外部可调阈值。使用内部差分放大器、反向放大器或直接输入路径以可选择方式可以实现不同的电流感应模式。正向电压感应由内部电压放大器执行。该电压放大器阈值内部固定，在所有低压侧电流感应应用中是外部可调的。提供有效高电平驱动输出来与经济型光电隔离器直接接口，实现隔离输出电源系统。此器件采用 8 引线双列直插和表面贴装封装。
