此第三代初级侧调节 (PSR) 和高度集成的 PWM 控制器具有若干特性,可增强低功率反激转换器的性能。FAN103W 采用的 TRUECURRENT® 专属技术实现了精确的 CC 调节和电池充电器应用的简化电路。与传统设计或线性变压器相比,可实现成本更低、尺寸更小和重量更轻的充电器。为了最大程度减小待机功耗,专有的绿色模式功能提供了关断期间调制,可线性降低轻负载条件下的 PWM 频率。此绿色模式有助于电源满足节能要求。使用 FAN103W,只需很少的外部组件即可实施充电器,最大程度降低成本。典型输出 CV/CC 特征包络如图 1 所示。
