该高度集成的 PWM 控制器提供了若干特性,可提高反激转换器的性能。恒定电流控制、专属拓扑结构实现了简化的设计,且对于电池充电器应用无需辅助反馈电路。 运行电流较低的专属突发模式功能最大程度降低了待机功耗。 FAN302UL 控制器还提供了若干保护功能。按周期电流限制确保固定的峰值电流限值水平,即使发生短路时也是如此。门极输出箝位电压为 15V,用于保护功率 MOSFET 不会受到高门极-源极电压损害。如果触发了 VS OVP 或内部 OTP,该电路则进入锁存模式,直到交流电源被移除。 使用 FAN302UL 的充电器可使用很少的外部组件进行实施,与传统设计或线性变压器相比,成本得以最大程度降低。
