FAN5234 PWM 控制器具有一个可调输出,为高性能笔记本计算机、PDA 和互联网设备的 I/O、芯片组、存储器组或外围器件供电所需的 0.9v 到 5.5V 范围提供高能效和调节。在轻负载下同步整流和磁滞操作,有助于在较宽范围的负载下提高能效。如果所有负载级别都需要 PWM 模式,则可以禁用磁滞模式。用 MOSFET 的 RDS(ON) 作为电流感测元件,可进一步提高能效。前馈斜坡调制、平均电流模式控制和内部反馈补偿,可快速响应负载瞬变。FAN5234 监控这些输出,并在软启动完成且输出在其设定值的 ±10% 以内时,生成单独的 PGOOD(电源正常)信号。内置过电压保护,防止输出电压超过设定值的 120%。当过电压状态停止时,自动恢复正常运行。软启动序列完成后,如输出低于设定值的 75% 时,欠压保护会将芯片锁存。可调过电流功能通过感应整个低 MOSFET 的电压降来监控输出电流。
