概览
NCV891x34 是一款双模式稳压器，用于必须在最高 45 V 的输入电压下运行的汽车、电池联接应用。混合低功耗模式支持 NCV891x34 作为 PWM 降压转换器或低漏线性稳压器运行，同时 NCV891x34 适用于汽车驾驶员信息系统中经常遇到的低噪声和低静态电流要求的系统。重置（具有固定延迟）和故障引脚（标记低输入电压和高温警告）简化了与微控制器的联接。提供两个引脚与时钟或另一个 NCV891x34 进行同步开关。NCV891x34 还提供汽车电源系统中应具有的若干保护功能，如电流限值、短路保护和高温关断。另外，该高开关频率即使在使用小电感器值和全陶瓷输出滤波器电容的情况下也会产生低输出电压波纹，因此形成空间高效的开关稳压器方案。
