FAN21SV04 是一款高效、小型、可编程频率的 4 A 集成同步降压调节器。FAN21SV04采用经过优化的互联方式将同步MOSFET和控制器/驱动器包含在一个封装中,使得设计人员能够使用最少的外部元件,在较小面积中满足高电流要求,从而降低成本。板上内部5V调节器在输入电压为>6.5V时允许单电源供电。FAN21SV04可配置为驱动多个从器件或同步至外部系统时钟。在从模式下,FAN21SV04可被设置为在没有主时钟信号的情况下自由运行。外部补偿、可编程开关频率和限流特性可以实现设计优化和灵活性。高频工作可以实现全陶瓷解决方案。Fairchild 的高级 BiCMOS 电源工艺与低 RDS(ON)内部的 MOSFET 以及具有高热效率 的 MLP 封装相结合,能够在小型封装中耗散高功率。与分立式解决方案相比,集成有助于最大限度地减少临界感抗,使布局更加简单,效率更高。输出过压、欠压、过流和热关断保护功能有助于在故障期间保护器件免受损害。FAN21SV04 可防止负载点应用启动阶段的预偏置输出放电。
