FAN48623 支持系统充分利用新电池化学物质的优点,可以在电池电压低于系统电源集成电路所需电压时,提供大量能量。此集成电路组合了内置的功率晶体管、同步整流和低电源电流,为使用高级锂离子电池化学物质的系统提供了一个紧凑型方案。FAN48623 是一款升压稳压器,适用于基于单个锂离子电池提供最小的输出电压,即使在电池电压低于系统最小值时也可以提供。保证输出电压调节达到 2500 毫安最大负载电流。该稳压器可以在旁通和正常升压模式之间实现平滑转换。该器件可以强制进入旁通模式,以减少静态电流。FAN48623 采用 16 凸块、0.4 毫米间距、晶片级芯片封装 (WLCSP)。
