FAN48630 让系统能够充分利用新电池化学物质的优点,可以在电池电压低于系统电源集成电路所需电压时提供大量能量。此集成电路组合了内置的功率晶体管、同步整流和低电源电流;为使用高级锂离子电池化学物质的系统提供了一个紧凑型方案。FAN48630 是一款升压稳压器,适用于基于单个锂离子电池提供最小的输出电压 (VOUT(MIN)),即使在电池电压低于系统最小值时也可以。输出电压调节可保证最大 1500mA 的负载电流。关断模式下的静止电流小于 3µA,最大程度延长了电池寿命。该稳压器可以在旁通和正常升压模式之间实现平滑转换。该器件可以强制进入旁通模式,以降低静止电流。FAN48630 采用 16 凸块,0.4mm 间距,晶片级芯片封装 (WLCSP)。
