FAN48630J 是一款升压调节器,设计用于在电池电压低于系统最低电压时,从一个单体锂离子电池提供最低输出电压 (VOUT(MIN)。 保证输出电压调节,实现最大负载电流 1500 mA。 停机模式下的静态电流小于 3 μA,这最大限度地延长了电池的带电时间。 调节器在旁通和普通升压模式之间顺畅转换。 该设备能被强制进入旁通模式,以降低静态电流。
FAN48630J 可提供 16 焊点、0.4 mm 间距的晶圆级芯片尺寸封装 (WLCSP)。
