概览
MC34063A系列是一款单片控制电路，包括DC-DC转换器所需的主要功能。这些降压升压逆变开关稳压器由内部温度补偿基准、比较器、带有有源电流限制电路的占空比可控振荡器、驱动器和高电流输出开关组成。这一系列专门设计用于步降（降压）、步升（升压）和电压逆变应用，最大化减少对外部器件的需求。请参考应用说明AN920A/D和AN954/D了解更多设计相关信息。MC33063是温度扩展版本。NCV33063是适用于汽车的温度扩展版本。
