概览
NCP1422 是一款单片微功率高频步升开关转换器 IC，专门设计用于负载高达 800mA 的电池供电手持电子产品。它集成了同步整流，从而提高能效，且无需外部肖特基二极管。高开关频率（可达 1.2 MHz），支持使用薄型、小尺寸的电感器和输出电容。禁用此器件时，LX 或 BAT 到 OUT 的内部传导路径完全阻断，OUT 引脚与电池隔离。真切断功能降低了关断电流，通常只有 50nA。还集成了振荡消除器，以消除非连续传导模式下的高频振铃。此外，电池电量低检测器、逻辑控制关断、逐周期电流限制和高温关断为各种电池供电应用提供了增值功能。上述功能全部打开时，静态电源电流通常仅为 8.5 μA。该器件采用紧凑、薄型 DFN10 封装。
