概览
NCP1593 是一款固定的 1 MHz 高输出电流同步 PWM 转换器，集成了低电阻、高压侧 P 沟道 MOSFET 和低压侧 N 沟道 MOSFET。NCP1593 采用内部补偿的电流模式控制，提供良好的瞬变响应，易于实施，并具有出色的环路稳定性。它可以调节 4.0 V 至 5.5 V 的输入电压、低至 0.6 V 的输出电压，并能提供高达 3 A 的负载电流。 NCP1593 包括一个内部固定开关频率 (FSW)，以及一个内部软启动来限制涌流。其他特性包括逐周期电流限制、100% 占空比运行、短路保护、省电模式和高温关断。
