概览
NCP6354 是同步降压转换器，经过优化，可为便携式应用的不同子系统供电，这些子系统由一个锂离子电池或三个碱性 Alkaline/NiCd/NiMH 电池供电。此器件可根据需要在外部可调电压或 0.6V 至 3.3V 的固定输出电压范围内提供高达 2A 的电流。使用 3 MHz 开关频率的运行时，允许采用小尺寸电感器和电容器。采用输入电源电压前馈控制来处理较宽的输入电压范围。同步整流提供更高的系统能效。NCV6354 采用节省空间的小型 2.0x2.0x0.75 mm WDFN-8 封装。
