NCP6360 是一款 PWM 同步步降 DC-DC 转换器,适用于为单锂离子电池供电的 3G/4G 无线系统(手机/智能手机、平板手机、平板电脑...)使用的射频功率放大器 (PA) 供电。此器件能够提供高达 800 mA 的电流。输出电压可通过模拟控制引脚 VCON 在 0.6 V 至 3.4 V 范围内进行监控。模拟控制可在通信期间对射频功率放大器能效进行动态优化,例如最好增加通话时间的漫游情况。在也会优化 DC-DC 转换器能效的轻型负载下,NCP6360 将自动进入 PFM 模式,并以与 PWM 模式的更低静止电流对应的更慢开关频率运行,为此该器件运行开关频率为 6 MHz。同步整流提供更高的系统能效。NCP6360 采用节省空间的小型 1.5 x 1.0 mm CSP-6 封装。
