NCP3064降压/升压/逆变转换器是MC33063A和MC34063A单片DC-DC滞后转换器得高频率升级版本。这些降压/升压/逆变开关稳压器由内部温度补偿基准、比较器、带有有源电流限制电路的占空比可控振荡器、驱动器和高电流输出开关组成。这一系列专门设计用于集成至步降(降压)、步升(升压)和电压逆变应用,导通/关断功能最大化减少对外部器件的需求。导通/关断功能使器件能够进入低功率(<100μA)待机状态。查看NCP3063了解不带ENABLE功能的产品版本。
