概览

NCV6356 是一款同步 AOT（自适应开启时间）降压转换器，经过优化，可为汽车应用后级调节系统的不同子系统供电，输入可达 5 V。此器件能够提供高达 5.0 A 的电流，可编程输出电压范围为 0.6 V 至 1.4 V。开关频率高达 2.4 MHz，支持使用小型组件。同步整流和自动伪 PFM — PWM (PPWM) 转换，提升方案的整体能效。NCV6356 采用小巧的 3.0 x 4.0 mm DFN−14 封装。
