概览

NCV97310 是一款 3 输出稳压器,由低 Iq 电池联接的 3 A、2 MHz 非同步开关,以及两个低电压 1.5 A、2 MHz 同步开关组成;全部使用集成功率晶体管。该高电压开关能够以恒定的 2 MHz 开关频率将 4.1 V 至 18 V 电池输入转换为 5 V 或 3.3 V 输出,并提供最高 3 A 的电流。在最高 36 V 的过电压条件下,开关频率折回到 1 MHz;在最高 45 V 的负载突降条件下,稳压器关断。电池联接降压稳压器的输出充当两个同步开关的低电压输入。每个下游输出都可在 1.2 V 至 3.3 V 范围内调节,平均电流限值为 1.5 A,恒定开关频率为 2 MHz。每个开关都具有独立的启用和重置引脚,因此具有更大的功率管理灵活性。对于低 Iq 运行模式,低压开关被禁用,待机轨由低 Iq LDO(最高 150 mA)供电,典型 Iq 为 30 A。LDO 稳压器与高压开关并联,在开关强制进入待机模式时激活。所有 3 个 SMPS 输出都使用带内部斜率补偿的峰值电流模式控制、内部设置的软启动、电池欠压锁定、电池过电压保护、逐周期电流限制、间歇模式短路保护和高温关断。提供错误标志进行诊断。
