CM3202-00 是一款双输出低噪声线性稳压器，符合 DDR-SDRAM VDDQ 电源和端接电压 VTT 电源的 SSTL-2 和 SSTL-3 规范。CM3202-00 带有集成的功率 MOSFET，可源取高达 2A 的 VDDQ 连续电流，源取或汲取高达 2A 的 VTT 连续电流。VDDQ 的典型漏电压在 2A 负载电流下为 500mV。CM3202-00 针对瞬变负载提供快速响应。从无负载到满负载下的负载调节性能均极佳。它还具有内置的过电流限值和 170°C 的高温关断。CM3202-00 通过关断模式支持挂起到内存 (STR) 和 ACPI 合规性，在该模式下会对 VTT 进行三态设置，最大程度降低了静止系统电流。CM3202-00 采用易用的 TDFN-8 封装。低热阻使其能够在 85°C 环境温度下耐受高功耗。它在 -40°C 至 85°C 的工业环境温度范围内运行。
