NCP51145 是一款线性稳压器,适用于为 DDR−II、DDR−III、LPDDR−III 和 DDR−IV 内存应用提供调节后 VTT 端接电压。该稳压器能够有效源汲 ±1.8 A 峰值电流,同时将输出电压调节在 ±20 mV 范围内。输出端接电压调节为由两个联接到 PVCC、GND 和 VREF 引脚的外部分压电阻跟踪 VDDQ / 2。NCP51145 结合了高速差分放大器,可针对线路和负载瞬变提供超快响应。其他特性包括源/汲电流限制、软启动和片上高温关断保护。
