NCD5703 系列是一组高电流、高性能独立 IGBT 驱动器,适用于包括电感加热、焊接、太阳能逆变器、电机控制和不中断电源的中到大功率应用。该器件不再使用很多外部组件,提供了一个成本高效的方案。 器件保护特性有有源米勒箝位(对于 NCD5703A)、准确的 UVLO、 DESAT 保护和有效低电平故障输出。这些驱动器还具有准确的 5.0 V 输出(所有版本)和单独的高电平和低电平(VOH 和 VOL)驱动器输出(仅对于 NCD5703C),方便系统设计。此类驱动器可采用较宽的单极偏置电源电压范围(对于 NCD5703B 则为双极偏置电源)。所有版本均采用 8 引脚 SOIC 封装。
