FAN3111 1A 栅极驱动器设计用于驱动低端开关应用中的 N 沟道增强模式 MOSFET。提供两种输入选择:FAN3111C 包含双通道 CMOS 输入,其阙值以 VDD为参考,配合与驱动器使用相同电源电压的 PWM 控制器和其他输入信号源与驱动器使用。对于使用低压控制器和其他和驱动器相比使用更低电源电压的输入信号源,电源电压也可用作FAN3111E的输入阙值参考电压。该驱动器包含一个单通道、同相、低压输入加一个DC输入VXREF,用于范围在2到5V间的外部参考电压。FAN3111 采用无铅末端业界标准 5 引脚 SOT23 封装。
