NCP5911 是一款高性能双 MOSFET 驱动器,经优化适用于驱动同步降压转换器中高压侧和低压侧功率 MOSFET 的门极。它可驱动高达 3.0 nF 的负载,传播延迟 25 ns,转换时间 20 ns。自适应反交叉导通和节能运行电路可以为笔记本系统提供低开关损耗和高效能方案。高浮顶驱动器设计可适应高达 35 V 的 VBST 电压,以及高达 35 V 的瞬变电压。当在 OVP、UVLO 下进行门极驱动器故障检测时,双向 EN 引脚可向控制器提供故障信号。此外,欠压锁定功能可确保在电源电压较低时输出为低电平,而高温关断功能可为集成电路提供过热保护。
