概览

NCP81152 是一款高性能双 MOSFET 门极驱动器，经过优化，可驱动同步降压转换器的高压侧和低压侧电源 MOSFET。两个驱动器一起封装在 2.5 mm x 3.5 mm QFN16 封装中，与两个分立驱动器相比，极大缩小了占位。自适应反交叉导通和节电运行可以提供低开关损耗和高能效方案。电源电压较低时，欠压锁定功能可保证低输出。
