概览

NCP81253 是一款高性能双 MOSFET 门极驱动器，采用小型 2 mm x 2 mm 封装，经优化适用于驱动同步降压转换器中高压侧和低压侧功率 MOSFET 的门极。可通过三态 PWM 和 EN 输入将驱动器输出置于高阻抗状态。NCP81253 带有集成的升压二极管，以最大程度减少外部部件的数量。电源电压较低时，VCC UVLO 功能可保证低输出。
