概览
The NCV51153 is a family of automotive rated isolated single−channel gate driver with 4.5−A/9−A source and sink peak current respectively. There are several versions with different undervoltage lockout levels. UVLO is featured for both, primary and secondary side of the driver. The parts offer short and matched propagation delays for fast switching of MOSFETs, IGBTs and SiC-MOSFET power switches. While the NCV51153xA provides a split output that enables control of the rise and fall times individually, the NCV51153xB has its VCC UVLO referenced to GND2. The NCV51153 is available in a wide body SOIC−8 package and can support isolation voltage up to 5 kVRMS.
