此高度集成的 PWM 控制器 FL7730 提供了若干特性,可提高单级反激转换器的性能。专属的 TRUECURRENT® 技术为 LED 照明应用实现了简化的电路设计。三端双向可控硅元件调光可通过调光亮度控制进行平滑管理,且无闪烁。通过使用带有初级侧调节的单级拓扑结构,可以使用很少的外部组件和最低的成本实施 LED 照明板。它不需要输入大容量电容器或反馈电路。为了实施良好的功率因数因数和低总体谐波失真,采用了恒定导通时间控制和与 COMI 引脚相联接的外部电容器。精确恒定电流控制器会调节输入电压和输出电压中的准确输出电流和变化。运行频率与输出电压成比例变化,可保证非持续导通模式 (DCM) 运行,且能效更高,设计更简单。FL7730 提供开路 LED、短路 LED 和超温等保护功能。电流限值水平自动降低,可最大程度降低输出电流,保护短路 LED 条件下的外部组件。FL7730 控制器采用 8 引脚 SOP 封装。
