NCP5623B 混合模拟电路是一款三输出 LED 驱动器,专用于背光 LCD 显示屏的 RGB 照明。内置的 DC-DC 转换器基于运行模式为 1x 和 2x 的高能效电荷泵结构。它提供 94% 的峰值能效。微型封装使得该器件适用于空间有限的便携式应用。
