The NCV78514 is an onsemi LED driver for automotive use, featuring an H-Bridge topology with integrated synchronous Buck and external asynchronous Boost. This allows the design of a single driver for a multitude of LED loads, limited by maximum power of 20 W, maximum voltage of 60 V, and maximum current of 1.5 A. Ideal for MCU-less architecture, it includes smart features like input voltage and temperature-based derating, fading, diagnostic and error handling.
