概览

CAT4002A 提供两个匹配的低漏电流源来驱动 LED。CAT4002A 使用外部电阻 RSET 设置 LED 沟道中的电流。每个 LED 沟道都包含一个单独的控制环路，使得该器件能够处理较宽的 LED 前向电压范围，同时能够保持严格的电流匹配。EN/DIM 逻辑输入支持器件启用和数字调光接口，用于以 32 个线性调光级别设置 LED 沟道电流。由于低漏（50 mV，20 mA）汲电流，LED 可直接从锂离子电池供电。该器件采用 6 引线 TSOT-23 和 SC-70 封装。
