概览

CAT4104 提供四个匹配的低漏汲电流，可驱动串联的高亮度 LED，每个沟道可高达 175 mA。LED 沟道电流通过联接 RSET 引脚的外部电阻器进行设置。LED 引脚可兼容最高 25 V 的高电压，支持带有多个 LED 串联的应用。EN/PWM 逻辑输入支持器件启用和高频外部脉宽调制 (PWM) 调光控制。该器件结合了高温关断保护，可在片温度超过 150°C 时禁用 LED 输出。
