NCV7691 器件使用一个外部 NPN 双极器件组合反馈电阻来调节电流，用于驱动 LED。此器件的目标应用为汽车尾灯组合。单驱动器让用户能够为多沟道系统灵活添加单个沟道。专用调光功能通过 PWM 输入引脚实现。检测到开路负载或短路时，将关断单个驱动器。 LED 亮度使用与双极晶体管串行连接的外部电阻进行轻松编程。该电阻的使用让用户能够在较宽的电流范围内灵活使用该器件。多个串联 LED 组可使用一个 NCV7691 器件运行。回退功率限制降低了过电压条件下的驱动电流。该器件采用 SSOP-8 封装。
