概览
该线性恒流稳流器是一款简单、经济和耐用的器件，适用于为 LED 中的调节电流提供经济高效的方案（与恒流二极管 CCD 类似）。该恒流稳流器基于自偏置晶体管 (SBT) 技术，在较宽的电压范围内调节电流。它使用负温度系数来保护 LED 在极端电压和电流下不会发生热崩溃。恒流稳流器将立即开启，达到 25% 调节时仅使用 0.5 V Vak。它无需外部部件，因此可设计用作高压侧或低压侧稳压器。高阳极-阴极电压额定值可耐受汽车、工业和商业标志应用中常见的浪涌。该恒流稳流器采用耐高温封装，符合 AEC-Q101 标准，并获得 UL94-V0 认证。
