The NCV8774C is a 350 mA LDO regulator. Its robustness allowsNCV8774C to be used in severe automotive environments. Ultra lowquiescent current as low as 17 µA typical makes it suitable forapplications permanently connected to battery requiring ultra lowquiescent current with or without load. This feature is especially criticalwhen modules remain in active mode when ignition is off. TheNCV8774C contains protection functions as current limit, thermalshutdown.
