概览
CAT6217 是一款 150 mA CMOS 低漏稳压器，在负载电流和线路电压变化期间提供快速响应时间。 快速启动特性允许使用外部旁通电容器，可降低总体输出噪声，而不会影响仅为 150 µs 的导通时间。 CAT6217 的零关断电流和 55 µA 的低静止电流典型值使其适用于基于 2.3 V 至 5.5 V 电源电压运行的电池供电设备。内部欠电压锁定电路会在低于 2.1 V 典型值的电源电压下禁用输出。 CAT6217 提供 1% 的初始准确性和低漏电压，150 mA 时的典型值为 90 mV。1 µF 陶瓷电容器提供了稳定运行，减少了所需板空间和组件成本。 其他特性包括输出短路电流限值和高温保护。 该器件采用薄型（最大高度 1 mm）5 引线 SOT23 封装。
