概览
CAT6243 是一款低漏 CMOS 稳压器，输出电流高达 1000 mA，具有针对负载电流和线电压变化的快速响应。CAT6243 提供 0.8 V 至 5.0 V 的用户可调输出电压，其低静止电流使得 CAT6243 适用于能量觉知设计。CAT6243 采用节省空间的 3 mm x 3 mm WDFN-6 封装，带有散热到 PCB 的电源焊盘。
