概览

此新型极低漏线性稳压器降低了应用中的总功耗。为了实现极低漏，内部旁路晶体管通过控制电路单独供电。另外，此器件将控制输入和功率输入联系在一起，可在单电源配置中使用，并且仍然能够提供比传统 PNP-NPN 型 LDO 稳压器更佳的漏电压。在此模式下，漏电压由最低控制电压确定。CS5253-1 采用五端子 D2 PAK 封装，可实施远程感应引脚，在负载处（如果需要），而不是在稳压器处实现直接输出电压非常准确的调节。此远程感应功能实际上消除了由于负载变化和电阻电压降导致的输出电压波动。对于负载步进为 10mA 至 3A 的 2.5V 输出电压，在感应引脚处测量的典型负载调节为 1mV 以下。内部保护电路提供“防突发”运行，与三端子稳压器类似。此电路包括过电流、短路、以及超温保护，可在所有故障条件下对稳压器进行自我保护。CS5253-1 适用于为 BGA 卡上使用的功率图形控制器生成 2.5V 电源。
