概览
CS8183 是一款双低漏跟踪稳压器，适用于紧密跟踪 (110mV) 参考输入的可调缓冲输出电压。输出电流最高 200mA，但能够配置为高于、低于或等于参考电压。输出基于宽范围（2.8V 至 45V）运行，同时仍然保持卓越的 DC 特性。CS8183 针对逆向电池、短路和热崩溃等情况进行了保护。该器件还能耐受 45V 负载转储瞬变电压和 -50V 逆向极性瞬变输入电压。因此非常适用于汽车环境。VREF/ENABLE 引线具有两个用途。它们用于将输入电压提供为输出参考，还可以拉低以便将器件置于睡眠模式，而它从电源获取的标称拉电流不到 30 µA。
