概览
CS8221 是一款精确 5 V，100 mA 微功耗稳压器，具有极低静止电流（100 uA 负载下典型值为 60 uA）。5V 输出准确度在 +/-2% 范围内，同时提供 100mA 负载电流，最大漏电压仅为 600 mV。该稳压器针对逆向电池、短路、过电压和超温情况进行了保护。此器件可承受 74 V 负载突降瞬变，适用于汽车环境。CS8221 可与 LM2931 实现引脚对引脚兼容。
