概览

FAN25800 是一款线性低漏稳压器，具有高 PSRR（100 Hz 时为 85 dB）和低输出噪音（在 10 Hz 至 100 kHz 带宽范围内通常为 8 µVRMS）。LDO 可为 2.8 V 输出提供高达 250 mA 的输出电流，为 3.3 V 输出提供高达 500 mA 的输出电流。启用控制引脚可用于关断器件并从输入端断开输出负载。关断过程中，电源电流降至 1 µA 以下。FAN25800 非常稳定，其节省空间的陶瓷电容器与 0201 壳体尺寸一样小。FAN25800 采用 4 凸块、0.35 mm 间距、WLCSP 封装。
