概览
The L4949 is a 5.0 V voltage regulator with a very low dropout and additional functions such as power-on reset and input voltage sense.
It is designed for supplying the micro-computer controlled systems especially in automotive applications.

- 5.0V / 100mA High Precision Standby Output Voltage +/- 1% at 25C ambient temperature
- Very Low Dropout Voltage Less Than 0.4V
- Programmable Reset Pulse Delay With External Capacitor
- Integrated Voltage Sense Comparator and Power On Reset
- Integrated Protections:
- Thermal Shutdown
- Short Circuit
Transient Input Voltage Up to 40V - AEC-Q100 qualified
