NCP167 是一款 LDO(低漏稳压器),能够提供 700 mA 输出电流。NCP167 器件专用于满足射频和模拟电路要求,提供了低噪音、高 PSRR、低静止电流和非常好的负载/线路瞬变。该器件设计使用 1 µF 输入和 1 µF 输出陶瓷电容器。它采用两厚度超小 0.35P,0.65 mm x 0.65 mm 芯片级封装 (CSP),XDFN−4 0.65P,1 mm x 1 mm 封装。
