概览
NCP171 是一款双模式 LDO ，在有源模式下提供高达 80 mA 的电流，在低功率模式下则提供低至 50 nA 的 Iq。双模式功能可使用 ECO 引脚选择，实现有源和低功率模式的动态切换，适用于长期电池供电的无线应用。低功率模式下的输出电压可通过内部的出厂编程值进行降低，该值范围为 50 mV、100 mV、150 mV 或 200 mV 并与有源模式下的标称输出电压相关。此功能还会进一步降低睡眠模式下的应用功耗。NCP171 为 SLIQ（超低 Iq）LDO 系列，具有 50nA 超低静止电流，采用小型 XDFN4 1.2 x 1.2 封装。
