NCP500 低漏 (LDO) 线性稳压器适用于便携式电池供电应用,此类应用中需要低噪声运行、快速启用响应时间和低漏电压。该器件可实现低噪声性能,而无需外部噪声旁通电容器。每个器件均包含电压参考单元、误差放大器、PMOS 功率晶体管、用于设置输出电压的电阻、电流限值和温度限值保护电路。NCP500 LDO 线性稳压器设计为使用低成本陶瓷电容器,需要的最低输出电容器为 1.0 mF。标准电压版本为 1.8、2.5、2.7、2.8、3.0、3.3 和 5.0 V。
