NCP786A 是一款高性能线性稳压器,提供高达 450 V 直流运行电压的极宽运行输入电压范围,输出电流达 10 mA。它是工业和家居自动化计量、家用电器等高输入电压应用的理想之选。 NCP786A 系列提供 ±5% 的初始压准确度,极高电源抑制比和超低静止电流。NCP786A 系列针对高电压线路和负载瞬变而优化,使其适用于严酷环境应用。输出电压可通过电阻分压器进行设置,设置范围为 1.27 V 至 15 V。采用 DFN6 5x6 无铅封装,允许功耗值高,可在空间敏感应用中保持小占位。
