概览
NCV4269 是一款 5.0V 精确微功耗稳压器，输出电流为 150mA。 输出电压准确度范围为 ±2.0%， 100mA 下的最大漏电压为 0.5V。微处理器控制逻辑包括一个带延迟的有效重置输出 RO 及一个 SI/SO 监控器，该监控器可用于向微处理器提供潜在的即将出现的重置信号的预警信号。由于采用了 SI/SO 监控器，在重置关闭微处理器之前，微处理器就可完成任何信号处理。有效重置电路可在低至 1.0 V 的输出电压下正常运行。在电源启动过程中或在正常运行期间，如输出压降超出规定限值，则激活重置功能。可将外部电阻分压器联接至 RADJ 引线，从而降低重置阈值电压。稳压器可防止电池逆向、短路和热过载的情况发生。此器件可承受负载转储瞬变，适用于汽车环境。
