NCV4274C 是精度微功率稳压器,输出电流能力为 400 mA,采用 DPAK 封装。输出电压准确度为 ±2% 以内,最大漏电压 0.5 V,输入最高 40 V。低静止电流功能在 1 mA 负载下仅获取 130 µA。此零件适用于汽车和所有电池供电的微处理器设备。该稳压器针对逆向电池、短路和热过载等情况进行了保护。该器件可承受负载瞬变负载转储,因此适用于汽车环境。
